I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years clinical experience. My primary interests are working with trans, non-binary and identity-questioning children, youth and adults.  I provide individual therapy and assistance with gender care needs, including gender identity exploration, family and partner relationships, social transition, and information about medical/surgical options.  I also continue to work with the larger LGBTQ+ community, survivors of trauma and folks looking to foster greater emotional wellness in their life. What the work often looks like in my practice:

Untangling thoughts and feelings, talking about things people don't usually talk about, exploring possibilities, meditation, getting curious, turning things over (and over), making lots of space for truth to emerge, challenging barriers and bullshit (yours and others), listening for messages needing to be heard, supporting movement toward self-discovery and empowerment.
